Leasing a vacant unit is one month’s rent, with a $900 minimum in Western Maryland and $1,100 in the Baltimore area. The one-time owner account fee is $150, currently $75.

How much does property management cost in Cumberland, MD?

Our plans are 6%, 10% or 15% of collected rent, with monthly minimums of $75, $125 or $175 per unit. Most owners choose the 10% Standard Full-Service plan. Leasing a vacant unit costs one month’s rent, with a $900 minimum in Western Maryland. Every price is on the pricing page.

Do you manage property in Baltimore?

Yes. We manage directly in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. The leasing minimum in the Baltimore area is $1,100.

What does Maryland require before I rent out my property?

Homes built before 1978 must be registered with the Maryland Department of the Environment and meet lead paint requirements at each tenant turnover. Some jurisdictions, including Cumberland and Baltimore City, also require a rental license and inspection. We check what applies to your property as part of the free rental analysis.

Can I use you for leasing only?

Yes. Leasing and tenant placement, listing-only marketing and screening-only packages are available without a management plan.
